Sponsorship Application

Now in its 10th year, Crucial Arts is the only Harlem based non-profit organization that focuses on documentary film and supports the production process for Independent Filmmakers. We believe that independent filmmakers need more exposure, better distribution, and non-profit fiscal sponsors they can use for grants, fundraising, and production assistance. We support independent filmmakers by promoting and hosting screenings of their work, as well as being a non-profit fiscal sponsor for their projects.

Securing a Crucial Arts sponsorship is an ideal opportunity to make sure these potential customers know about your company.

We have 3 Sponsorship Levels
(Each Sponsorship has a term of one year or production season and is negotiable depending on your needs.)

Level 1: $100.00

Your logo on all of our promotional materials (printed and web-based), including Crucial Arts Newsletters.
(All Level 1 Sponsors are entitled to a $25.00 tax deduction.)

Level 2: $250.00

All of the Level 1 benefits, plus cross promotion of your events/products via a full-color ad in all Crucial Arts event programs.

(All Level 2 Sponsors are entitled to a $100.00 tax deduction.)

Level 3: $500.00

All of the Level 1 & 2 benefits, plus an ad on the front page of the Crucial Arts website and complimentary tickets for you and three guests to all Crucial Arts events.

(All Level 3 Sponsors are entitled to a $200.00 tax deduction.)

PLEASE NOTE: Crucial Arts is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Therefore, the sponsorships are tax deductible less any goods services received. Each sponsor and donor will receive a gift receipt for the tax-deductible portion of their sponsorship. 100% of all proceeds go to continue Crucial Arts' programs.
